Disturbing a person psychologically means keeping a person guessing all of the time, doing experiments with the mind, breaking friendships, breaking relationships with relatives, and disturbing a daily routine and social life. When a person gets into what “they” want you to do according to their program, they will disturb you as much as they like. Focus is the only factor on which these programs will not work.
